Friend of OYAGAA, Mr Xaps,

 

This is a first informative letter, which will very probably be followed by others. We have picked up your message agreeing to communication. My name is IRAA 4, son of IRAA 3, and I have been authorized by UMMOAELEUUE to open a one-way channel of information with you and, in the future, with those of your brothers who agree to be recipients and are authorized by UMMOAELEUUE. We had to withdraw all communication with the OEMMII of OYAGAA by imperative order of our UMMOAELEUUE. Communication (restricted) was maintained only with brothers of yours in the countries Canada, USA, Germany, Australia, France, India and Norway. In those countries, and in some others, there are as many groups, very small, who comply without questioning anything with our pleas not to divulge our communications nor to make themselves known as our correspondents. We know that many of those brothers of yours follow your exchanges on your XAANMOAYUBAA and would fervently wish to contact some of you, although, given the psychological profile by which they were chosen one by one, we know that such an eventuality has a very low probability. During all this time my brothers travelled very intensively around your planet, devoting special presence and study to CHINA, THE USA, BRAZIL, THE NORTH AFRICAN COAST, IRAN, NORTH AND SOUTH KOREA, AND THE ANTARCTIC CONTINENT. At least two of my brothers always remained in the country Spain, monitoring the networks that maintain the flow of information. You, OEMMI of various countries of OYAAGAA highly dominated by a Great Power, ran the very serious risk of being harassed and even injured by the intelligence services of that Nation. And this because some of its psychotic leaders fully accepted our identity and consequently certain movements that implicated you. We could not warn you (that would have caused most of you intolerable psychological suffering) nor protect you without direct intervention, so my intelligent brother then in command devised a plan of protection which, for the second time in the History of our relations with OYAGAA, broke the code of conduct that has always characterized us. Indeed, we decided to break into certain premises of US Defense offices and destroy practically all the reports (both analogue and digital) that referred to our presence on OYAGAA. Those reports contained the names and exhaustive information on many of you, as well as on brothers of yours in Denmark, France, Canada, Germany, Belgium, Holland, England, Italy, Russia, Poland, Austria, Argentina, Colombia, Mexico, Saudi Arabia, Yemen, Pakistan, Iran, Iraq and other countries bordering on Russia, besides many others with less weight in International Politics (we say this with no pejorative intent). Moreover, and this was morally more questionable, we had to intervene in the brains of some of your brothers -we reduced their number to the minimum possible- in order to erase most of the information referring to our existence (and yours!) Although these operations were painless -we know how to intervene in brains without causing damage, using our knowledge of BAAIIBUUAARGOO (a technique remotely similar to your embryonic concept of bionics, together with remote radiations modulated in a way unknown to you)- those affected, whose number we reduced to the minimum, suffered certain after-effects that impaired their performance: disorientation, tremors, nausea, neurosis, lack of self-esteem, moderate depression, a marked fall in intellectual performance... among other highly disabling symptoms. Many of them were removed from their high-level posts. -You can verify on your XANMOA YUBAA the high number of early retirements in recent years among your North American brothers employed by the US Administration in posts of "international observers" and other similar euphemisms- , while their subordinates swam in a sea of uncertainty, since many of them knew of our existence and were astonished to observe their superiors' almost total ignorance of our identity, their apathy when it came to acting against my brothers, and the practically total disappearance, overnight, of almost all the (in theory) extremely well protected files that concerned us (and you! ). That, peaceful sir, was the cause of our momentary though prolonged withdrawal. Not lack of interest, disaffection or a supposed coldness on our part, as we have heard you say on more than one occasion. We regret the passing of many of your brothers for whom my predecessors on OYAGAA felt true affection: Rafael Farriols Calvo, Jorge Barrenechea, Alfredo Lara Guitart, Vicente Ortuño, Joaquín Martínez, Elena Dragó Carratalá (who, besides the enormous discretion she maintained about our existence, was considered by my brothers then resident on OYAGAA as one of the most extraordinary YIIE they ever knew), Manuel Pérez Martínez ( to whom my brothers presented themselves in person in Cuba, days before his death. We will always be grateful to this noble OEMII for the silence he kept about our identity for more than ten years), among others whom you never came to know. We send our condolences to their families and friends, but we assure you that these brothers of yours "contemplate" you from another WAAM and are fully happy, at least those who have already managed to complete their painful process of reconformation. We know of the interest of many of you in learning the real nature of the -for you- disquieting phenomenon of reconformation. Tell us whether you would like to receive a report on it. It is enough for you to consult your group of friends interested in the study of our conceptions. You may use, if you wish, the XANMOO AYUBAA channel of OYAGAA. We have excellent control of it, besides having direct access to many of your personal computing devices. If you prefer not to consult your brothers, it is enough for you to write a page in any word-processing system expressing your wish, and leave it for ONE HOUR with your computer open between 04:00 and 05:00 on any day within the 5 following receipt of this letter. In either case you must refer to us as "HU."(we are following your own code, skilfully designed). This makes the traceability of your message much more difficult (probability below 0,76%).

 

This letter belongs to the YIEE Mariluz. You may show it or send a discreet copy (erasing the new UMMOAELEUUE emblem) to a limited number of your brothers (besides you, Mr Xaps). We ask you to refrain from doing so to Messrs: José L. Jordán, (plus 3 more….), as well as to the mass media directly, nor to any brother of yours in the country France, except to Messrs "Jean Pollion" (country Belgium) and ZZZZ (country France). You may send it to them by message over the XANMOO AYUBAA on condition that, as you are already prudently doing, you mask plain words that might be detected. Use the Spanish language of OYAGAA. To your brother Mr" Pollion", very exceptionally, YOU MAY SPEAK (he already knows of its existence) OF THE PRESENCE OF THE NEW UMMOAELEUUE SIGN in the letter, BUT WITHOUT SHOWING IT TO HIM. There are reasons for all this, of a different kind in each case. You must not regard those excluded as "pariahs". In due course they may have access to the missive, but it is not advisable for the moment. A guiding (though not exhaustive) list of trusted people could be the one you intelligently drew up when you gave notice of your new and temporary summer residence in the last days of your month of June of OYAGAA.

 

We are sending two letters to the two addresses you indicated. WE EARNESTLY BEG YOU TO DESTROY ONE OF THEM once you have assimilated its content. Perhaps we could compensate you with information on matters of great transcendence which we know particularly interest you, for example the particular nature of the OEMMI OUXI BIIAEII. In connection with this last point, we beg you to read or listen on your XAANMOOAYUBAA to your brother David Icke, who, according to our verifications, is an OEMMI OUXI BIIAEII. (1)
